Questions families often ask.
Can’t find what you’re looking for? Our team is happy to help you explore the right next step.
Who can learn with Eduvora?
Eduvora works with learners aged 6 to 16, from Grade 1 through Grade 10. Whether your child needs help keeping up with classwork, wants to get ahead, or is preparing for an assessment, we shape sessions around where they are today.
Can we try a session before choosing a plan?
Yes. Families can book a free introductory session to discuss goals and see whether our learning approach feels like a good fit.
Are sessions available online?
Yes. Every program runs online in a secure video classroom, and in-person sessions are held at our Austin learning center. Many families mix both formats.
How are mentors matched with students?
We consider the learner’s subject needs, goals, preferred format, availability, and learning style when recommending a mentor.
How will we know if our child is making progress?
Mentors set clear goals in the first session and share a short progress note after every session. Every six weeks you’ll receive a fuller review of skills practiced, strengths, and next steps.
Can we change or cancel a session?
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before a session by replying to your booking email or writing to hello@eduvora.com.
