Bookings and Payments
Session fees are charged at the time of booking. Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Late cancellations and missed sessions are charged in full. Refunds for unused prepaid sessions are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
